Videos of Candidates

50by30WR invited candidates who affirmed their support to create a short video on their plan to advocate and legislate for a climate action plan which serves your community.

The questions we asked them to address in their video are

  1. What are some of the first actions you would take if you were elected to ensure your Municipality and/or Region is able to reduce our GHG emissions by 50% by 2030?

  2. What does local climate (social) justice mean to you in your municipality?

More videos coming shortly.

** We invited many candidates to submit videos. If you do not see a video from your area candidate please first see if they affirmed their commitment and then reach out to them to express your interest in seeing a video from them.
